Clinical work and continuing education

After successful completion of the course, students will begin a period of clinical supervision where they can begin to observe and treat clients in a clinical setting under the supervision of a clinical supervisor. Clinical Supervision is a vital part of the Plant Spirit MedicineSM training. During your supervised period you will work with a qualified supervisor to acquire grounding and confidence in the practice of Plant Spirit MedicineSM. You will have the opportunity to follow along treatments, as well as deliver treatments with the supervisor following you, allowing you to see many different situations before seeing clients on your own.

After graduation continuing professional development is encouraged and required to keep certification current. Continuing education includes graduate Clinicals, Advanced coursework, Skills Courses, the Annual PSM Conference, and other classes offered by the Plant Spirit Medicine SeminarySM.
